Subscription Terms

1. Free trial

You may be offered a free trial of a subscription for service. You can cancel your subscription of free trial anytime by cancelling your subscription through your iTunes settings, or it will automatically renew. This must be done in 24 hours before the end of the free trial to avoid being charged. Subscription with a free trial period will automatically renew to a paid subscription.

Please note: Any unused portion of a free trial period (if offered) will be forfeited when you purchase a premium subscription during the free trial period.

2. Subscription

Subscription payments will be charged to your iTunes at confirmation of your purchase and upon commencement of each renewal term. You can cancel your subscription through your iTunes settings at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, or it will automatically renew.

3. Payment method

If you cancel a subscription purchased from an app on App Store, please visit https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039.

Please note: When you delete your account on the app or uninstall the app from your device, your subscription won't cancel. If you cancel a subscription, you will not receive a refund for the current billing period, but will continue to receive the subscription content for the remainder of the current billing period, regardless of the cancellation date. Your cancellation goes into effect after the current billing period has passed.

4. Cancellation

Canceling your subscription means that the automatic renewal will be disabled, but you will still have access to all your subscription features for the remaining time of your then-current period. Note that deleting the app does not cancel your subscriptions.

If you purchased a subscription or enabled free trial on App Store: You can cancel a free trial or a subscription anytime by turning-off autorenewal through your Apple ID account settings. To avoid being charged, cancel the subscription in your Apple ID account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or then-current subscription period. If you purchased a subscription or enabled trial on Google Play: You can cancel a trial or a subscription anytime by turning off auto-renewal through your Google Play account settings. To avoid being charged, cancel the subscription in your account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or then-current subscription period. You alone can manage your subscriptions. If you purchased a subscription or enabled free trial on our website: You can cancel a free trial or a subscription through settings on your web-site account or in your setting in PayPal or read documentation at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or then-current subscription period.

5. Changes

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, we may change subscription fees at any time. We will give you reasonable notice of any such pricing changes by posting the new prices on the app and/or by sending you an email notification, or in other prominent way. If you do not wish to pay the new fees, you can cancel the applicable subscription prior to the change going into effect.

6. Refunds

If you purchased a subscription or enabled a free trial on App Store: If you are eligible for a refund, you'll have to request it directly from Apple. To request a refund, follow these instructions from the Apple support page - https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084

If you purchased a subscription or enabled trial on Google Play: If you are eligible for a refund, you'll have to request it directly from Google. To request a refund, follow these instructions from the Google's support page - https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637?hl=en

If you purchased a subscription or enabled free trial on our website: Except when required by law, we will not refund any transaction once it has been made. When you purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all purchases are non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable.

YOU HEREBY EXPRESSLY CONSENT AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE PERFORMANCE OF THE AGREEMENT BEGINS IMMEDIATELY AND THAT YOU WILL LOSE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT ONCE OUR SERVERS VALIDATE YOUR PURCHASE AND THE APPLICABLE PURCHASE IS SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERED TO YOU. Therefore, unless the Service is defective, you will not be eligible for a refund in relation to digital goods, and will only be eligible to a proportional refund in relation to digital service.
